• ) and facilities (i.e. assisted living and memory care. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals with varying health needs (Article 9 is a PLUS!). Duties
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Help children, teenager, and adults learn to live more independently.
• Help clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor client health by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client status.

• A Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card for Arizona
• 3 Professional References

• Ability to build rapport with your clients
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Our pay is based off of the reimbursement rates of each contract
