All members that attend our DTA programs receive services through the AZ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). GLENDALE DTA

35th Ave & Cactus Full-time DSP with Driving/Van Aide responsibilities per program needs Hours are 8am-4pm - $15.50 Overtime pay opportunities for van aide and/or driver responsibilities (7am-5pm)

CHANDLER DTA

Direct Support Professional Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in implementation of daily activities, living skills, behavior management, and help members achieve their goals and objectives Interact with members to promote opportunities for peer and community integration Serve as role model and positive influence for members and co-workers Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of member goal progression DSP additional responsibilities (as needed): Assist members with feeding & personal hygiene Hand-over-hand assistance with activities Assist with behavior management utilizing Prevention & Support methods Write narratives on incident reports Documentation & summaries of member goal progress Assist members with loading and off-loading from vehicles Other duties as requested

Driver Responsibilities:

Drive AM and PM routes to transport members to and from program Assist loading and unloading individuals when needed (including lifting individuals) Maintain accurate records of daily transportation times for members Perform weekly vehicle inspections

Minimum Qualifications:

MUST PASS AZ DPS

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance application & Criminal History check- State of Arizona requirement Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving history- State of Arizona Requirement (For Driving Position) Ability to lift 50+ lbs .
