Divine Group Management LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a DDD group home in Peoria. This is a female home supporting three members, and female staff are required for this position. We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and motivated individuals who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured home environment while supporting members with daily living skills, community integration, and behavioral support needs.
Key Expectations:
Provide consistent, person-centered care to all members Follow all Behavior Treatment Plans and support strategies Assist with daily routines, structure, and engagement Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Communicate effectively with leadership and team members Complete all required documentation accurately and timely

32 hours Additional shifts may become available based on program needs. Flexibility is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct care and supervision in the home and community 2. Assist with hygiene, meals, medication reminders, and daily routines 3. Support members with emotional regulation and behavioral needs 4. Encourage independence and skill-building 5. Ensure health and safety at all times 6. Complete documentation and communicate with the team
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience in DDD, caregiving, or behavioral health preferred 2. Ability to work in a structured residential setting 3. Reliable, patient, and team-oriented 4. Strong communication skills Required Certifications (must be current): 1. CPR & First Aid (in-person only; no online certifications accepted) 2. Article 9 3. Prevention & Support 4. Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE) 5. Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level 1)
