In this vital role, you will help clients maintain their independence, ensure their safety, and improve their quality of life through personalized care. Whether working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from surgery, you will be a trusted partner in their daily routines and well-being. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing your skills in patient care and supportservices. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA confidentiality standards Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support patients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts, ensuring safety during movement Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with healthcare regulations Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being Qualifications Prior experience working in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is
REQUIRED
Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of distress or deterioration Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Experience with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, or hospice care is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Familiarity with medication administration and care plans required for providing consistent patient support Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude toward clients with diverse needs including developmental disabilities or autism Join our team to provide heartfelt caregiving that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably.
