Job Description
Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide in North Phoenix/Anthem area to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients, including those with disabilities, dementia, and other health challenges. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and assistance to help clients maintain their independence and dignity. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient adherence Perform catheter care and other personal hygiene tasks as needed Observe and report changes in client conditions to healthcare professionals Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided Launder clothing and linens as required for client comfort Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or home community care preferred Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health status Familiarity with medication administration protocols Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with healthcare teams Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is desirable Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients through compassionate care.
