Full-Time - Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver - (2nd Shift) Divine Heart LLC Phoenix, AZ 85027 Posted about 7 hours New What You'll Do Provide support to individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities in a safe, home-like setting Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, grooming, meals, and medication reminders Encourage independence, community involvement, and recreational activities Complete required documentation accurately and on time Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home Safely transport members when needed using agency vehicles Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required Must have or be willing to obtain: CPR & First Aid Certification (Must have prior to starting) Article 9 Certification Prevention & Support Certification Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Must have prior to starting) Valid driver's license
