Divine Heart, LLC Divine Heart, LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities in a safe, respectful, and home-like environment. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Position Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment Provide individualized care and training based on member goals and healthcare plans Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders Promote independence, community involvement, and recreational activities Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe home Encourage skill-building, decision-making, and self-expression Complete all documentation accurately and on time Safely operate agency vehicles when required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check Must have or be willing to obtain: CPR & First Aid Certification Article 9 Certification Prevention & Support Certification Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (may transport members) Skills & Abilities Compassionate, professional, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Comfortable assisting with personal care, hygiene, and medical routines Why Join Divine Heart, LLC? ✔ Positive, mission-driven work environment ✔ Ongoing training and professional support ✔ Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community ✔ Competitive pay and flexible scheduling ✨ Apply today and become part of a growing team that truly cares.
