The DSP position is responsible to provide individualized and quality services in an inclusive, stimulating, and productive community-based day program for adults with Developmental Disabilities. $19/hour

7 Responsibilities Supervision of clients. Facilitate daily activities. Curriculum implementation. Transportation duties, including outings. Goals and progress reports. Basic food preparation. Administer medication. Attendant/personal care. Essential Functions Lifting (over 50 lbs independently, two-person lift over 50 lbs). Driving all sizes of vans including "cutaways". This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned. Job description available upon request. Qualification Requirements Requires any combination of training, education, and/or experience equal to a high school diploma or GED). 21 years of age minimum. Substantial experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Successful employment drug screening. Successful completion of Cortney's Place training program meeting the requirements of DDD. Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and any other required background checks.
