  • Direct Care Providers Surprise, AZ | Immediate Openings Tender Hearts LLC is hiring caring, dependable, and compassionate Direct Care Providers to support adults with developmental disabilities in our group homes in Surprise.
  • Shifts Available:
    Evenings Overnight shifts Weekends
  • No daytime shifts currently available.
  • No Experience? No Problem! We provide training and support for the right candidates. If you have a heart for helping others and a strong work ethic, we want to meet you.
  • Position Type:
    Full-time, Part-time, and On call available Immediate start opportunities
  • What You'll Do:
    Provide non-medical personal care and daily living support Assist members with routines, daily hygiene, cooking, medication administration, light cleaning, safety, and community engagement Promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes
  • Minimum Requirements:
    Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation & valid Arizona Driver's License Ability to pass criminal background check Ability to obtain Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical job duties Ability to read, speak, and write English
  • Certifications (or willingness to obtain): CPR & First Aid Article 9 Prevention & Support Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation
