Direct Service Provider (Full-time or Part-time)

West Valley in AZ and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, and feeding. Provide supervision and support during daily activities. Transport clients to appointments and community events. Maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients. Ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
