Full-Time (AM & PM shifts available) About Us Redwood Family Care Network is a leader in person-centered home and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Role As a Direct Support Professional (DSP I & II), you will support adults with developmental disabilities in an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH). You'll assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and promote positive behaviors through meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities Support daily routines based on Individual Program Plans Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meals Encourage positive behaviors through activities (walking, reading, games, learning projects) Provide transportation using company vehicles when needed Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required:
CPR/First Aid, CPI, DSP
I & II RBT
certification required within 6 months (training and fast-track support provided) 1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs preferred Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
