This is a residential care facility is in Bakersfield, CA. Make a difference in the lives of others. Assisting Residents with one-on-one cognitive actives. Offer repetitive activities to assist with retention. Engage Residents with physical and therapeutic activities. Assist with all ADL's, keep facility maintained, cooking is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma, GED or CNA
  • 6 months experience caregiving
  • Ability to deal with behaviors'
  • Ability to keep Resident engaged
  • Ability to run a shift
  • Background clearance
  • Valid ID
  • First Aid
  • Health Screen and TB test
  • Covid Vaccinated
  • Experience required
