Job Description

Direct Care Staff - Make a Real Difference Every Day Do you want a job that actually matters? As a Direct Care Staff/Registered Behavior Technician , you'll support adults with developmental disabilities by helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in a home-like environment. You'll be part of a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and play a hands-on role in improving lives every single day. What You'll Do Under the guidance of the Administrator and/or House Manager, you will: Provide direct care and skills training based on each client's IPP Support daily living activities including hygiene, meals, medication assistance, and routines Create a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Engage clients in recreational, social, and community activities Observe, document, and report client behaviors, health concerns, and incidents Attend medical appointments and resident conferences as required Maintain accurate notes and documentation per Regional Center requirements Apply behavior support strategies and attend required trainings Celebrate milestones and special events like birthdays and holidays Work collaboratively with supervisors, medical professionals, and the care team Why Join Us Meaningful work that directly impacts people's lives Ongoing training and professional development Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunities to grow within the organization Ready to Apply?
