Direct Care Staff - Make a Real Difference Every Day Do you want a job that actually matters? As a Direct Care Staff/Registered Behavior Technician , you'll support adults with developmental disabilities by helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in a home-like environment. You'll be part of a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and play a hands-on role in improving lives every single day.
