We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of the individuals we support, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential and thrive within their communities. Royal Day Solutions supports adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities (18+) in the community as a day program service and we are looking for the right people to join our team! Personal or Professional experience is preferred but not required! Position Summary Royal Day Solutions is dedicated to the empowerment of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities through our day service. We provide engaging and meaningful community-based activities that foster independence, success, and an enhanced quality of life. Our enthusiastic team is hiring a Community Trainer. This position offers a dynamic role encompassing support, training, and empowerment to individuals in their communities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of interpersonal skills, technical ability, and a passion for helping people. The Community Trainer position is an hourly position that is in person. Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (6-8 Hours/Day) + rotating weekends and some evenings, as scheduled

Location:

Ventura County, California.

Qualifications:

Includes but not limited to (see full job description): Valid California driver's license, current automobile insurance, access to a vehicle to transport individuals, ability to work throughout Ventura County, provide a DMV report, TB test, and clear a department of justice (DOJ)/FBI background check/drug screening.
