This opportunity involves working with a dynamic, non-speaking young adult in Chico, CA, and being part of a supportive team focused on growth, independence, and connection. Position Overview This role centers around building independence and expanding opportunities for a young adult through a collaborative, team-based approach. As part of the support team, you will provide individualized assistance based on the client's strengths, preferences, and goals.

Responsibilities include:
