Now Hiring:

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for the following shifts:

Full Time :

2pm -8pm OR 2pm to 10pm Sunday to

Wednesday :

Overnight Shift Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Encourage and promote independence while assisting individuals with personal care and daily routines. Handle and support individuals with challenging behaviors in a calm, patient, and professional manner. Provide emotional support and assist with coping strategies to enhance well-being. Prepare meals according to residents' dietary needs and preferences. Observe, document, and communicate resident behavior and needs effectively. Organize and participate in leisure activities and social programs to promote engagement and well-being. Maintain daily records, document medication distribution, and report health or behavioral changes. Assist residents with medications in accordance with state laws and facility policies. Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment, including housekeeping tasks. Follow emergency protocols and respond promptly to resident needs. Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job. Promote teamwork through positive and cooperative interactions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Current CPR/First Aid Certification Current CPI Certification (Crisis Prevention Intervention) DSP Year 1 & 2 Certification (Required) Minimum 1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or behavioral challenges Valid California driver's license Must be 21 years or older (Registered Behavior Technician)
