Qualifications/Requirements:

1. A current unrestricted CHHA license issued by California Department of Public Health 2. Must possess reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and a proof of auto insurance. 3. Traveling within reasonable distances is required. 4. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills. 5. Ability and willingness to work with patients of various ages and needs. 6.
