4-12 hour shifts Now Hiring Compassionate Caregivers FirstLight Home Care is seeking caring, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing team serving clients throughout North County San Diego, including Carlsbad, Encinitas, and surrounding North County areas. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or full-time hours, we offer a variety of schedules to fit your availability. We currently have consistent 4-12-hour shifts available, including companion care cases that are ideal for caregivers seeking daytime hours and meaningful one-on-one client relationships.
