Home Care Aide (Part-Time Weekend Focus)

We're currently hiring Home Care Aides who are specifically looking for part-time weekend work (about 15-20 hours per week) . If you're someone who prefers a consistent weekend schedule and wants steady, meaningful hours, this could be a good fit. In this role, you'll be supporting clients in their homes with day-to-day needs—helping them stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible. The work is hands-on and relationship-driven, and it makes a real difference in people's lives.

What the work looks like:

Assisting with daily routines like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing companionship and keeping clients engaged Preparing meals and helping with basic household tasks Supporting mobility, including use of equipment when needed Driving clients to appointments or running errands Keeping an eye on changes in condition and communicating with the office Some of our clients have more specific care needs, including dementia or developmental disabilities, so experience in those areas is helpful. What we're looking for: Prior caregiving experience is preferred Comfort working independently in a client's home Reliability—especially when it comes to weekend coverage Clear communication and the ability to follow a care plan A genuinely patient, respectful approach to care This position is best suited for someone who wants consistent weekend hours , rather than someone looking for a full-time or weekday-only schedule.
