Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs in an Adult Residential Facility (ARF)
  • Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH) .
This role focuses on providing person-centered care, promoting independence, and ensuring residents' health, safety, and dignity in accordance with regulations from the California Department of Social Services and the California Department of Developmental Services. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Implement individual care and behavior support plans Assist with medication administration and monitor residents' well-being Support residents with community outings, appointments, and daily activities Maintain a clean, safe environment and complete required documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral needs preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Must obtain DSP1, DSP2, and RBT Certification within regulatory timelines Must pass background clearance through the California Department of Social Services Join a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, person-centered support that empowers individuals to live with dignity, independence, and meaningful community inclusion
