Help individuals live independently and confidently Support meals & daily routines Assist with personal care (grooming, dressing, hygiene) Encourage fun outings & social activities Drive to appointments & adventures Be a positive role model and advocate No scrubs required. What You'll Need:

21+ years old High School Diploma or GED Valid CA Driver's License Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Worked in retail, food service, childcare, or customer service? You're already halfway there!
