Now Hiring:
Direct Care Staff (6I Facility) We are a 6I facility committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and support to our clients. We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Direct Care Staff to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Direct Care Staff member, you will provide direct personal care and supervision to clients within the facility. You will play a vital role in promoting client well-being, dignity, and independence by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). You will communicate regularly with the Facility Manager to ensure client needs are consistently met. While on shift, you are responsible for the clients assigned to you as well as the overall safety and condition of the facility. By following established policies and procedures, staff are prepared to work in any facility setting, support any client, and effectively handle a wide range of situations.
Qualifications:
Basic First Aid & CPR certification is required. Physical ability to perform the duties including the ability to assist with mobility and client transfers is essential. Good mental health is required. The individual must be able to communicate effectively with the client's, responsible party members and health professionals. Additionally the individual must possess the capability to read, understand and carry out service plans and physician orders Current Basic First Aid & CPR certification (required) Ability to assist with mobility and client transfers Strong mental and emotional stability Effective communication skills with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to read, understand, and follow service plans and physician orders Apply today to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others! .
