• We are seekig a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide (HCA) to join our team at Right at Home Torrance.

As a Home Care Aide (HCA) with Right at Home Torrance, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Our franchisees provide a range of care services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, reading, and watching TV
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for clients

• Requirements:

• Must have a passion for providing care to adults in their home
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid (if applicable to your state or locality)
