We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant / Living Skills Mentor / Social Support Aide to help clients build independent living skills, stay organized, and participate in recreational and community activities. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and enjoys supporting others in a positive, person-centered way. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living skills such as meal planning, grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, and home organization. Help create and maintain routines that support independence and confidence. Provide support with scheduling, time management, reminders, and task organization. Assist clients in breaking down goals into manageable steps and staying on track with responsibilities. Accompany clients to recreational and community activities, including the gym, art classes, events, and social outings. Encourage and support the development of social connections, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Provide transportation to community activities and appointments as needed. Communicate effectively with other support providers and family members to ensure consistent, collaborative care.

Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older Clean driving record Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance Ability to pass a criminal background check and LIVE Scan Experience working with or supporting adolescents and adults, particularly individuals with autism and
ADHD Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving, coaching, mentoring, education, or disability support Knowledge of executive functioning strategies and neurodiversity-affirming practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education in Psychology, Social Work, Education or a related field.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
