This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or injury. As a Home Care Aide, you will deliver essential support that preserves independence, safety, and well-being, ensuring each person receives respectful and attentive care tailored to their unique needs. Your work will help create a positive environment where clients feel valued and supported every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support) Treat clients with dignity and respect Provide companionship and stimulate your client's interests (outings, conversation, hobbies, etc) Ensure safety and security Prepare meals Provide transportation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Work independently with good judgement Requirements Weekend availability Strong verbal and written communication Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Background check Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards Ability to perform heavy lifting safely Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication management, and care plan implementation. Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred.
