Community Coach I (Per Diem) | Long Beach Center $20.00 - $22.00/hr | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule If you have experience as a hospice worker, Direct Support Professional (DSP), childcare provider, or IHSS caregiver, we want to hear from you. At AbilityFirst, we support individuals with developmental disabilities in building independence, connecting with their community, and achieving their personal goals. If you're passionate about person-centered care and ready to bring your hands-on experience into a rewarding new environment, this role is a natural next step. What you'll do: Support participants in daily programming, personal care, community outings, and goal-based activities , using the same skills you've already built in your career. What we're looking for: Experience in direct care, personal assistance, or support services Comfort with personal care needs including feeding, hygiene, and mobility support A team player who leads with patience, compassion, and consistency High school diploma or equivalent required
