Los Angeles, CA Job Details Part-time $19 - $21 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid sick time Qualifications Behavioral observation Spanish CPR Certification BLS Certification English Working with individuals with mental health conditions CNA Full Job Description A Brighter Day Recuperative Care is currently hiring compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with a strong interest in behavioral health. This role involves delivering high-quality care to homeless adults with co-occurring mental and physical health conditions.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, nutrition, and mobility Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior Support clients with mental health needs in a trauma-informed setting Collaborate with nurses and behavioral health staff Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Promote a safe and dignified environment

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in California Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting CPR/BLS & First Aid certification Fingerprint clearance (LiveScan), TB test, and health screening Strong communication and observation skills

Preferred:
