What You'll Do As an SLS Instructor, you will provide hands-on support and guidance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting and supporting clients with daily living skills Encouraging independence and personal growth Supporting clients with community outings, appointments, and activities Assisting with cooking, budgeting, organization, and household tasks Providing companionship, encouragement, and positive support Helping clients work toward their personal goals Maintaining professional communication and documentation What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have: A compassionate and patient personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliability and professionalism A positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Why Join Build To Prosper?
