CNA Full Job Description Pay:
$20 - $21 per hour Job description: About Us We are... Chamberlin Care is a licensed Home Care Organization (HCO #304700368) serving clients throughout Southern California. We provide compassionate in-home support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other special needs, including consumers served through the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC). Our mission is to strengthen individuals and families by promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life in the home and community. We are committed to providing person-centered care that empowers clients to reach their goals while receiving the support they need to thrive. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Prepare and serve nutritious meals/snacks, assisting with feeding when needed. Assist clients in completing their assigned chores such as organizing their toys and tidying their rooms and/or living spaces. Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in social activities and recreational outings. Follow personalized care plans, adapting to clients' changing needs. Maintain a safe environment, identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Communicate effectively with clients and their parents or guardians.
Qualifications & Requirements Required:
Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (for on-the-road positions) Ability to pass a background check & TB test Ability to lift 25+ lbs & assist clients with mobility Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
Preferred:
