Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, dressing, and undressing Assist clients with self-administration of medications and personal communication skills Provide transportation services as needed Assist with meal planning, purchasing food, and meal preparation Maintain client records and report changes in client condition to supervisors Engage in respectful social interaction with clients and exhibit positive attitude and behavior Demonstrate respect for clients' privacy and property Participate in required in-service training programs to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

1 year of experience in the home care industry or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling client information Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed
