The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence among those in our care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client condition Administer medications as prescribed and assist with care plans Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties Assist with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events Provide specialized care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information Experience Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas: First aid and CPR certification Patient observation and monitoring techniques Home health or hospice care experience Long-term care experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities Knowledge of meal preparation and cooking for diverse dietary needs Familiarity with patient care protocols and direct support services If you are passionate about caregiving and have the skills required to make a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
