Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are looking for a new team member to join our Level 3 home. We value a supportive, collaborative environment where staff work together, communicate openly, and help maintain a stable, person‑centered home for our young adult residents. We are seeking someone who brings reliability, compassion, and a strong sense of teamwork. Our ladies are high functioning self-sufficient and need mild reminders & guidance. Pls don't apply if you have no experience and live far. Monday - Friday 2 pm - 6 pm Requirements Minimum 1 years of DSP or caregiving experience in the same employment Must live within 25 miles of the position (TO, SV, Camarillo or Oxnard) Strong personality with the ability to follow through on expectations, routines, and resident support Ability to follow Title 22 care and supervision standards Dependable, consistent, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team Duties Provide care and supervision in accordance with Title 22 Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks Complete journaling and shift documentation Follow each resident's ISP (Individual Service Plan) and IPP (Individual Program Plan) Support daily routines including meal preparation for dinner and lunch Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment Needed TB clearance within 12 months Fingerprint (can use old one if still in system)
