Job Description

Job Overview We at SHIRAN Care Management are looking for TEAM members to join our amazing staff. You do not need to be trained as a Direst Support Professional. We are looking for individuals who want to grow from Staff to DSP 1 then to DSP 2 and grow to Administrator. All classes, books and travel are paid for by SHIRAN Care Management.
We are hiring for:
Evening Shifts (2pm to 10pm) for Weekdays and Weekends NOC Shifts (10pm to 7am) for Weekdays and Weekends You will be working with a great team of staff and individuals who are engaged and fun to be around. We have built a relaxing and comfortable home for everyone to work and live at.

Core DSP Requirements Age :
18+ years old.
Background :
Signed LIC 508 and full fingerprint clearance received before starting.
Health :
Physical exam and TB test completed within 1 year before hire.
Experience :
6 months of direct care experience OR complete 12 training hours within 6 months.
Certifications :
Active First Aid and CPR certificates before working.
Training :
Complete DSP 1 in year one; complete DSP 2 in year two
Pay:
$3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
