Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM Client Needs Include:
Personal care, including brief changes, repositioning, and comfort care Assistance with meals, hydration, and feeding Monitoring for changes in condition and communicating any concerns Maintaining accurate care notes and documentation Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Home Care Aide Job Description Position Overview:
As a Home Care Aide at Noah's Dove, an independently owned and operated company based in West Sacramento, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors, enabling them to live independently and confidently in their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance:
Support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity
Meal Preparation and Nutrition Support:
Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to each client's dietary needs and preferences, promoting overall health and wellness.
Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean and safe living environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Companionship:
Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations, fostering social interaction and emotional well-being.
Transportation:
Provide safe transportation to appointments, shopping, and social activities, enhancing clients' independence and community involvement
Medication Reminders:
Ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules by providing timely reminders and monitoring for any side effects.
Pet Care:
Assist clients with the care of their pets, recognizing the importance of animal companionship in their lives.
