Job Description

We are a small Person-Centered supported living service designed to support people to live their best life. We are looking for people to join our team supporting individuals at home and in the community.
What we are looking for:
Someone with a positive and open approach to life. Someone who uses creative thinking and problem solving Ability to provide person-centered supports Creative people who like to explore new ideas and activities Someone to help people be more independent at home Someone with a background in medication management/medical support What you'll do: Provide day to day support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home and in the community Foster inclusive communities through networking and relationship building Support communication through the use of technology What we offer: The opportunity to be a part of a team and organization that is active and passionate about fighting for equity and inclusion for all. A collaborative and supportive work environment On-Call or part time employment (10 hour overnights, weekday evenings, weekend day and evening shifts) Starting pay rate up to $20 per hour depending on experience Paid mileage reimbursement for any use of personal vehicle. Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays (for FT) We are currently looking for someone to work every week on Saturday 3:30-10:30 , Tuesday overnights every other saturday overnight and on-call. On call shifts can vary and we are looking for someone who is available to work in Northhighlands and Roseville. message for more information.
