Salus Hospice is urgently seeking a compassionate and skilled CHHA to join our dedicated team serving the San Diego County region. If you're passionate about providing exceptional hospice care and want to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for! Ability to cover the following areas: All of San Diego County, however, most of our patients are in North/Central SD areas!

CHHA Requirements:

Must be a Certified/Registered CHHA Experience working in Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing Facility is helpful Ability to work early morning hours starting between 6 am

• 7 am Must have a reliable car as this role requires seeing multiple patients per day in assigned territory
