Job description Why Join Varco Home Health? Varco Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide essential personal care services in patients' homes. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for caregivers seeking consistent visits and meaningful work.
What You'll Do:
Assist patients with bathing and personal hygiene Provide grooming and basic personal care Complete simple and timely documentation Communicate with the care team as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver preferred Compassionate and reliable Ability to work independently in a home setting Good communication skills Reliable transportation
Pay & Perks:
$20 per visit Flexible schedule Consistent patient volume available Meaningful, one-on-one care
