Direct Support Professional

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Professional to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including developmental disabilities. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as groceries, medical appointments, daily chores, etc. Assist clients with preparing nutritious meals aligned with dietary guidelines while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Support residents during recreational activities, social outings, and community engagement efforts to promote socialization and independence Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, resident progress, and incident reports in accordance with facility policies Experience No prior experience required but highly preferred Familiarity with care plans development and implementation tailored to individual needs Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals Certification in CPR and First Aid is required Proof of Negative TB Test Reliable method of transportation is strongly preferred Join us as a Direct Support Professional , where your dedication fuels positive change! Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
