With over 225 team members, VIP supports more than 750 individuals each year through employment training, community integration, and workforce development programs. Direct Support Professional:

Support adults with developmental disabilities in community-based job exploration and skill building Transport and supervise a small group of up to three clients using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) Provide hands-on coaching in social skills, workplace readiness, and daily living skills Create structured daily activities aligned with client employment goals Maintain daily documentation and case notes to track client progress Foster independence, inclusion, and confidence in every interaction

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday•

Thursday:

7:30 a.m.•3:30 p.m.

Friday:

7:30 a.m.•2:30 p.m. No nights. No weekends.

Requirements:

21 years or older Valid driver's license, current insurance, registration, and clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle for client transportation Passion for working with individuals with disabilities Experience as a DSP, caregiver, job coach, behavioral technician, paraeducator, or in social services preferred but not required
