• $21 to $22 per hour (for candidates with experience and active CA driver's license) Full-time and Part-time positions available Support independence.

We are a newly established Supported Living Services (SLS) program supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in their own homes. We are building a team of dependable, consistent staff who take pride in their work. This role is focused on helping individuals gain independence, build daily living skills, and navigate their community with confidence. What You'll Be Doing Provide one-on-one support in individual's home and in the community Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and organization Support outings, appointments, and community engagement Follow individualized support plans and behavioral strategies Document services and communicate clearly with the team Encourage independence while providing the right level of support Who This Role Is a Good Fit For You are reliable and take your schedule seriously You communicate clearly and stay calm in different situations You are comfortable working independently in a home setting You value helping others build independence, not dependence Experience in caregiving, SLS, ABA, or related fields is a plus, but not required Important Expectations Strong attendance and punctuality are required Staff must be consistent and follow through on assigned schedules Some individuals may have behavioral or mental health challenges Staff must be open to training and able to implement support strategies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance (required) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us We are building this program from the ground up, which means you will be part of creating a strong, respectful team culture from the beginning.
