We are looking for individuals who are: Reliable and consistent Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented Open to learning behavioral support techniques Interested in long-term growth opportunities What You'll Do Provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral support Assist residents with daily living skills, routines, and activities Implement behavior support strategies and IPP goals Help residents build communication, coping, and independent living skills Administer medications and maintain documentation Complete daily progress notes and behavior tracking Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment Participate in trainings and team meetings Our Program Focuses On Emotional regulation Behavior stabilization Independent living skills Building confidence and healthy relationships Requirements 18+ years old High School Diploma or GED Able to pass

DOJ/FBI/CACI

fingerprint clearance Pre-employment physical with TB clearance Ability to lift 40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts Strong communication and documentation skills Must meet Title 17 & Title 22 requirements Must currently live in the area For Driving Positions Valid California Driver's License Minimum 3 years driving experience (Age 23+ preferred) Valid insurance and registration Preferred Certifications CPR / First Aid CPI or behavioral experience preferred
