Job Description
Are you looking for a meaningful position where you can make a real difference while working daytime hours? We are seeking an experienced DSP or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support an adult with autism in building independence, accessing the community, and participating in meaningful daily activities. This is not a passive caregiving position. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people engage in their community, pursue interests, build skills, and live a fulfilling adult life. Responsibilities Support community participation and recreational activities Implement behavior support strategies developed by the clinical team Assist with daily living and independence-building skills Accompany client to appointments, classes, and community outings Collect data and communicate with team members Qualifications RBT certification required Experience supporting adults with autism and developmental disabilities Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication skills Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Clean Background Check We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, and enjoys helping others achieve meaningful goals while having fun in the community.
