Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Quality Adult Care Home Quality Adult Care Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting adults with developmental disabilities and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

Position Type:

Part-Time and Full-Time Available Shifts:

Day and Swing shifts available, including weekends

Training Period:

The first 4 weeks of employment will begin as part-time

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to adult clients in a residential care setting Assist with daily living activities, community outings, and personal care as needed Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Work collaboratively with staff while also being able to work independently

Qualifications:

Experience working in a residential care facility Valid California Driver's License Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Must be able to pass physical health screening and criminal background check Must be flexible and available to work weekends
