We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team. High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of home health aide duties and responsibilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide physical assistance, including lifting and transferring clients, as necessary Compassion, empathy, and patience when working with individuals in need of care and support Strong observation and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning clients Help clients with their daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, as instructed Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure clients' care plans are followed Report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients Build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with clients and their families

Requirements:
