Job Title:
Home Health Aide Job Summary:
Join our team at Monarch Hospice and Palliative Care as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful impact by providing essential care to individuals in need. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring their overall well-being within the comfort of their homes.
Duties:
  • Conducting employment duties with compassion and professionalism.
  • Providing assistance with medical records and documentation as required.
  • Offering support in Senior care by assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Upholding confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Being prepared to administer CPR if necessary.
  • Demonstrating expertise in home health practices.
  • Providing specialized care for clients requiring dementia care.
  • Engaging in caregiving activities with empathy and respect.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in employment procedures related to Home Health Aide responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with medical records management.
  • Experience in Senior care and assisting with ADLs.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Certification in CPR.
  • Understanding of home health protocols and procedures.
  • Specialized training or experience in dementia care.
  • Compassionate approach to caregiving tasks.
