Role:

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide personal care and vital home support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include basic therapeutic assistance, medication reminders, and essential household tasks. Accurate and timely documentation, as well as clear communication regarding any changes in patient condition, are key to this role.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing and daily living assistance Follow agency policies and procedures Complete visit documentation promptly and accurately Report changes in patient condition to supervising RN Perform household services essential to patient care

Qualifications:

Current California HHA license Current CPR/BLS certification Valid California driver's license

Preferred:
