Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Support clients with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting when necessary. Uphold resident rights by promoting independence and dignity in all interactions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by clients' needs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
