Job Description

Are you a Certified Home Health Aide trying to make a difference in your career? Do you want flexibility and independence in doing what you love?
Duties Include:
The Caregiver will follow a plan of care and provide daily assistance to patients.
This includes:
Following an established Care Plan and providing personal care services for all patients
Including:
bathing, hygene, laundry, cleaning, whatever other services are prescribed by superivising clinician Completing documentation for all visits including time sheets Communicating any requests or changes for patient care Coordinating with agency staff to ensure care is being performed as needed Benefits Visits are available up to $40-45 /visit. Job Requirement:
Certified Home Health Aide license to work in CA Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
CPR / ALS
Card Driver's License or ID Card Current Negative TB Test Current Physical Exam COVID Vaccine Card or Exemption Proof Able to do Home Health Visits in San Jose and nearby cities Apply Now!
