Job Description

Job description: Come join our dynamic and caring team of professionals. Sydney Creek, an award-winning Memory Care Community, is hiring full time Personal Care Assistants (PCA). We work on a 4 days on / 2 days off rotation schedule. Weekends and holidays are expected. We offer on the job training, competitive pay and benefits. Caregiver-Personal Care Assistant (PCA) PM Shift 2:30 pm - 11 pm
Caregiver's Responsibilities:
Assist senior residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming and hygiene, dining, etc.). Provide good customer service to residents, families, and fellow employees. Accurately complete documents and records. Report changes in resident's condition to supervisor
Caregiver's Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a senior living setting is a plus Strong work ethic and positive team attitude and dependable Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude towards the elderly with dementia Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a DOJ criminal background check, and physical exam /
TB Test Pay:
$19 - $22 per hour DOE Key words: caregiver, assisted living, Alzheimer's disease
