In this vital role, you'll partner with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to support them in living more connected, independent, and meaningful lives. Whether you're teaching everyday skills, helping someone navigate their community, or celebrating a personal milestone, the work you do will be hands-on, purposeful, and impactful-for the individuals you support and for yourself. What Makes This Role Unique This is a people-first position where no two days are the same. You'll provide direct support in home, program, or community settings-offering encouragement, fostering independence, and helping individuals live life on their terms. What You'll Do Support individuals with life skills, daily routines, personal care, and social connections Provide transportation to community activities, appointments, or errands Encourage independence, confidence, and participation in the community Create meaningful daily experiences that leave a lasting impact What We're Looking For We're looking for energetic, reliable team players who are ready to make a difference.
